I've been doing everything I can to keep myself from sleeping. When I was on the respiridone in early 2010, I got to sleep easily and I suffered in every dream (though I never spoke about it). Before that med, I was in Hell. I didn't sleep. I did everything I could to avoid it. But then they decided that I'm not bipolar and took me off the meds, ( Read more... )

I am... amazing at holding things inside. At pretending that everything is OK when I'm breaking. I can fool anyone. People hardly ever realize there's something wrong. People don't think I have PTSD. Or that I have anything to be sad about. Or... anything.

So, I'm stressed about what is happening to a friend (even though I only found out barely a minute ago). I'm going to call that person tonight, in between working on two projects (on being an essay due today) and a simple six-question paper. The one project that isn't the essay will be quick and easy - the essay will take FOREVER.
